Homemade Caesar Salad: Dressing and Croutons
I know it seems like a pain to make homemade caesar dressing and croutons, but it really is worth it. It turns boring weeknight caesar salad into something special. The hardest part is finding anchovy paste. You can find it in the section where you find canned seafood. For the croutons, I make them when I have a baguette that is going stale. I use her sheet pan method. Add some chicken or shrimp to the salad and dinner is served. So good!
