Broiled Salmon with Thai Sweet Chili Glaze with Roasted Broccoli with Chipotle Honey Butter



This is so easy. Very few ingredients, marinates in just an hour, and cooks in 10 minutes. Delicious! Try it with the roasted broccoli with chipotle honey butter to spice things up and steamed rice. Dinner is served!





Notes:
This is quick and easy. You can easily use frozen salmon that you have defrosted earlier in the day. The broccoli has a surprisingly Asian flare to it so I like it with this salmon. But you can serve it with regular old roasted broccoli, snow peas, or any favorite green veggie. I like using Jasmine rice, but use whatever kind of rice you have. And I always put out extra soy sauce and sriracha for those who like a little more flavor...
