Korean Beef Tacos

When you're getting tired of regular boring tacos and/or you're trying to find ways to use up some of that ground beef in the freezer, this recipe is a winner on both fronts.

Notes:
I didn’t think I’d like kimchi but it’s actually delicious in this dish. I just used a little less and really browned it well. If you aren’t into it, or can’t find it, use shredded cabbage instead. This recipe would also be great with sliced steak instead of ground beef.
