Grilled Lamb Chops & Asparagus
Matt and I LOVE lamb chops. For some reason though, we don't make them that often so when we do, it is a big treat. Serve them with a big hunk of feta, orzo salad (see post), and grilled asparagus. YUM!!

For Grilled Lamb Chops & Asparagus:
Marinate the lamb in olive oil, fresh chopped rosemary, fresh lemon juice, kosher salt, and black pepper for about an hour before grilling. Leave them on counter to come to room temp while marinating. Grill them until just medium rare. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil & S&P, and throw them on the grill towards the end.
