Umami Chicken:
This weeknight chicken recipe is awesome. The hardest part is getting your hands on the nom nom magic mushroom powder. They sell it at Whole Foods and whenever I see it I grab two. The thighs come out crispy and delicious every time.

Notes:
For the Umami Chicken, I use regular plain Greek yogurt. Any fish sauce will work. If you don't have it, they sell it in the Asian section of the grocery store. I try to remember to marinate them the night before, but morning of would work too. If you can't get her mushroom powder, you could probably try an all purpose seasoning or just make her cracklin' chicken thighs instead (see post.)

Picky Kids: I think they'll like the chicken. I HATE cooking with fish sauce because it smells so gross, but you don't taste it, it just gives it a good salty flavor.
