Blackened fish tacos

We LOVE Once Upon a Chef's fried Baja fish tacos, but if you want to go a little lighter without losing flavor, try these blackened fish tacos. Serve with Mexican street corn, yellow rice, and/or chips and salsa and you've got yourself a great family dinner.

Notes:
I like using Mahi Mahi because I always have it in my freezer, but you could easily use cod or tilapia if that is what you have on hand. These can be on the spicier side so if your family doesn't like heat you can go lighter on the spice mix. Once upon a Chef's Baja fish sauce is delicious with these tacos. See link below for recipe.

Modifications:
Low Carb: skip the tortilla shells and serve in lettuce cups
Gluten Free: use GF tortillas
Vegan: skip the fish and make veggie tacos
Pescatarian: Your good!
Picky Kids: Skip the spice for them and cook their fish plain with just olive oil, S&P
