Buffalo Chicken Dip


Francie’s all time favorite! If your family likes things a little less spicy, cut back on the wing sauce. You can also divide this recipe into two smaller 8x8 pans and freeze one for later. 


Recipe:

2 packages 8oz cream cheese-room temp

8 oz (1 cup) buffalo wing sauce

1 cup blue cheese dressing

1 cup Blue cheese crumbles

2 large chicken breasts-cooked & shredded (or use rotisserie chicken)

1/2 cup shredded Colby jack


Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, wing sauce, blue cheese dressing, blue cheese crumbles, and shredded chicken. 
  2. Spread into 9x13 pan and Top with shredded Colby jack. Bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes


Serve with bread, Crostini or crackers
