Coconut Basmati Rice

Ingredients:
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup uncooked basmati rice
3 tablespoons green onion - chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro - chopped

Directions:
1. Combine chicken broth, coconut milk, salt, and uncooked basmati rice in a medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil and cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or so until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. 3. Stir in green onion and fresh cilantro.
