Chicken Burrito Bowls
I made this for the first time this summer and it has quickly become one of our favorite Once Upon a Chef recipes. She serves it over quinoa, but I usually put out rice, flour tortillas, and salad greens as well. That way, everyone can build it how they like it. I marinate the chicken first thing in the morning and last but not least...the green sauce is amazing!
